15. Hostels and quarters:
  1.

Hostels for male and female students separately shall be provided within or nearby the college campus with sanitary facilities, mess, common room and games facilities. The interns may be accommodated in the hostel near the hospital.

16. Miscellaneous:
  1.

Interpretation:

   

Where any doubt arises to the interpretation of these regulations it shall be referred to the Central Council for clarification.

  2.

Power to Relax:

   

Where any University, Board or Medical institution in India which grants medical qualification is satisfied that the operation of any of these regulations causes undue hardship in any particular case, that University, Board or Medical institution as the case may be, may by order; for reasons recorded in writing, dispense or relax, the requirement of that regulation to such an extent and subject to such exceptions and conditions as it may consider for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner.

Provided that no such order shall be made except with the occurrence of the Central Council.
