Responsibilities of Officers and Staff Index
| 1. | Dr. Lalit Verma, Registrar-cum-Secretary:- The Registrar-cum-Secretary has been given wide responsibilities under the provisions of HCC Act and Regulations made there under which include preparation and maintenance of Central Register of Homoeopathy, work related to inspections of the colleges, all administrative and accounts work, responsibility of DDO & staff grievance officer, all work related to meetings of the Council and its Committees . He is also C.V.O. and designated also as First Appellate Authority of the Council under RTI Act. |
| 2. | Dr. Shoukath Ali P.K., Inspector:- The Inspector has to assist the Registrar in processing and planning of the matters concerning inspections. He has to place reports of inspection in an analytical manner before the Central Council and its Executive Committee to enable them to take decisions regarding relevant matters of colleges as well as universities concerned. He has been assigned additional work related to R.F.D. and also designated as Transparency Officer in respect of RTI Act. |
| 3. | Dr. Ashis Datta, Asstt. Secretary(Tech.):- The Assistant Secretary (Technical) has to assist the Registrar-cum-Secretary in all technical matters except Inspection work, and work related to publication of Quarterly Blletin, Public Grievance Officer and also designated as Public Information officer (Tech.). |
| 4. | Sh. Y.D. Vats, Asstt. Secretary(Admn. & Regn.):- The Asstt. Secretary(Admn. & Regn.) has to assist the Registrar-cum-Secretary in all the work related to Administration, Accounts and Registration Section. He is also designated as Vigilance Officer as well as designated as Public Information Officer (Admn. & Regn.) in RTI matters. |
| 5. | Shri K.K.Gupta, Office Supdt. (Admn. & Accounts):- He is responsible for supervision and submission of all the works of Admn. & Accounts Section to Asstt. Secretary(Admn. & Accounts) / Secretary for disposal and has same duties and responsibilities as of a Section Officer in Central Govt. in terms of Standing Orders of C.C.H. |
| 6. | Sh. P.R. Chandol, Office Supdt.(Regn.):- He is responsible for supervision and submission of all the works of Registration Section to Asstt. Secretary(Admn. & Regn.) / Registrar for disposal and has same duties and responsibilities as of a Section Officer in Central Govt. in terms of Standing Orders of C.C.H. |
| 7. | Smt. Sudha Sharma, Office Supdt.(Tech.):- She is responsible for supervision and submission of all the works of Technical Section to Inspector / Asstt. Secreary(Tech.) / Secretary for disposal and have same duties and responsibilities as of a Section Officer in Central Govt. in terms of Standing Orders of CCH. |

Jaswant Singh, Jr.Hindi Translator-cum-Head Clerk:- He is responsible for all the works related to Rajbhasha, translation, work related to the seat of Cash, reconciliation of bank accounts, preparation of books of accounts and Annual Accounts, filing of Income Tax Returns, depreciation on Assets etc. |
| 9. | Smt. A.R. Malik, Steno Grade ‘C’ (officiating):- Besides stenographic assistance to President, Secretary, she is also responsible for handling of all RTI matters, appointment/nomination of CCH members and related court cases. |
| 10. | Sh. Kanwar Sain, UDC:- He is responsible for the work related to meetings, court cases and parliament questions related to the Council (except Admn. Section). |
| 11. | Smt. V. Soreng, UDC:- She is responsible for the work related to migration/transfer,. Internship, amendments to Code of Ethics Regulations, workshops, quarterly Bulletin, CCH Journal, Monthly Activity Reports, correspondence with members etc. |
| 12. | Smt. Veena Khosla, UDC:- She is responsible for all the work related to renewal of Central Register of Homoeopathy, misc. queries and matters related to bogus institutions. |
| 13. | Sh. Fateh Singh, UDC:- He is responsible for the work related to inspection of Homoeopathic Medical Colleges. |
| 14. | Smt. Nirmal Sethi, UDC:- She is responsible for all misc. queries related to educational regulations, correspondence with State Councils/Boards, Universities, colleges, VVIPs, foreign dignitaries etc. |
| 15. | Sh. V.P.Singh, UDC:- He is responsible for all the work related to Direct Registration of Homoeopathic Medical Practitioners (possessing recognized medical qualification) after receipt of verification from concern State Board/Council. |
| 16. | Sh. R.K. Nagpal, UDC:- He is responsible for all the work including court cases related to establishment and parliament questions and misc. correspondence of Admn. Section and all personal matters of officers and staff up to the level of UDCs. |
| 17. | Sh. Khem Chand, UDC:- Maintenance of Second and Third Schedules, amendments to HCC Act and Educational Regulations, visit of President and Vice-President, correspondence regarding PG courses/Guides and correspondence regarding inclusion of qualifications in said Schedule etc. |
| 18. | Sh. R. S. Bisht, LDC:- He is responsible for prepartation of Salary, Budget, Plans and Audit work, purchases from Kendriya Bhandar, CL,CCL and RH records of employees. |
| 19. | Sh. Rishi Pal, LDC:- He is responsible for the work related to personal matters of the employees upto the level of LDCs and maintenance of CL, CCLL, and RH records of employees and Library. |
| 20. | Sh. Anil Kumar, LDC:- He is responsible for the work related to preparation and maintenance of Central Register of Homoeopathy and matters connected thereto. |
| 21. | Sh. D.C. Bhagat, LDC:- He is responsible for general typing work in Registration Section. |
| 22. | Sh. Khushi Ram, LDC:- He is responsible for the work related process the case of Direct Registration till letter for verification is issued. |
| 23. | Sh. R.P. Verma, LDC He is responsible for the work related to inspection of Homoeopathic Medical Colleges. |
| 24. | Sh. Sushil Kumar, LDC:- He is responsible for the work related to TA/DA bills and charge of Inspection Fee from Homoeopathic Medical Colleges etc. |
| 25. | Sh. Satpal Singh, LDC:- He is responsible for all the work related to Store, maintenance of office equipments/website etc. |
| 26. | Sh. Ram Singh, Daftri:- He is responsible for maintenance of old records and to assist Dispatchers. |
